Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our appointment books are open 90 days at a time to provide guests with access to upcoming availability.
For in-house scheduling, our office team can assist with booking one appointment at a time. If you would like to schedule multiple future appointments, additional appointments must be booked online through our booking system.

New Guest Policy
To ensure the best possible experience, all new guests are required to select from our designated New Guest Service Options when booking their first appointment. These services are designed to help us understand your needs and allow the appropriate time for your visit.
A valid credit or debit card must be added to your guest profile to secure your appointment. Please ensure your booking information is complete to finalize your reservation.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To respect our service providers’ time and accommodate other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee for haircut and styling services or a $50 fee for color, chemical, or extension services.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the same day or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Annual Courtesy Waiver: We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, so we gladly waive one late cancellation fee per calendar year.

Repeated Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: After three same-day cancellations or no-shows, prepayment will be required to secure future appointments.
